Starting a new project is relatively easy. What is difficult is to finish it. Even more. The ultimate challenge is to finish our project with grace and brilliance. To achieve this, the Bible is the reference tool par excellence!

At a business dinner, the most efficient or highest-ranking employees sit at the executive table. But at the table of God, it is our spiritual filiation that gives us a place of honor.

It’s one of the first lessons of civility that we teach our children: learning to say “thank you”. And it’s a lesson that seems very difficult to learn or is quickly forgotten. Yet we all benefit from practicing thankfulness.

In the Old Testament as in the New, children are taught to honor their parents to live a long life. But this responsibility is not exclusive to children, parents also have their part to do.

“Remember your word to your servant, because you gave me hope” (Psalms 119:49 WEB). We love to remind God of all the promises He makes to us. But what about the promises WE make?
