It is easy to think of God and recognize His reign when we are at our Sunday assembly. But during the week, at our work or during our leisure time, do we take the time to recognize His sovereignty?
Submit to God
Because we do not have God in front of us, we often forget to ask for His opinion and even His direction. We have our plans, and we are focused on following them. Sometimes this is our biggest mistake.
Submission is for everyone!
When the pastor reads Ephesians 5 about how women should be submissive, women roll their eyes and the men shout “Amen!” But men shouldn’t rejoice too quickly because they too are called to be submitted.
The key to happiness
There are two levels of submission to God. One, we can ask him to rule over our daily life, and ask Him for His guidance in all our decisions. In our projects, we talk to God, for Him to guides us in the right direction and for His favor and the favor of men. And this is a key to success, as Proverbs 16.3 (NCV) says : “Depend on the Lord in whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.”
