When we give our lives to God, not only are we freed from eternal death, but we inherit all kinds of promises. It should make us radiant! Yet some Christians still walk with sad faces.

Then, here are some questions to discuss: The enemy doesn’t need to send us a legion of demons to torment us or make us miserable. One of his best tactics: distract us from the invisible to the visible. How often do you get distracted by things in life, and forget God and the spirit world? What makes you realize that you have temporarily forgotten the spiritual world? Read 2 Corinthians 4:18: “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

Faced with circumstances beyond our control, we can be shaken. We can also take the opportunity to stand out as Christians. Perhaps we have been placed in our community precisely for a time like today!

Our flesh is insatiable, it always wants more. It looks at the goods, the experiences, the relationships of others and it wants the same thing. But we must break this bad habit because it leads us in the wrong direction.

Stop whatever you are doing. Forget land claims for a moment, put aside concerns. Now, take the time to remind yourself that you are not of this world! That life on Earth is very temporary and doesn’t deserve to be plagued by stress.
